The Future Is Here

This is a group of work associates from Insperity. We are at Camp Pendleton, San Diego, CA last Monday evening serving at a Christmas Party dinner for 200 marines and their families. One of the officers prayed and then we all said Merry Christmas to each other! What an honor and blessing!

Review of Revelation 2 & 3

Before we dig into the futuristic meat of Revelation beginning in chapter 4, I have been reflecting on the titles of Jesus. There are seven descriptions of Jesus at the introduction of each of the letters to the seven churches. Seems that it would be a cool little study to look at these titles. Thyatira

Grace

Jaycee was a rescue baby. She was  placed in our home when she was 2 days old. We fostered her for a short time until her amazing adoptive parents and dear friends of ours were licensed to take her. She is vibrant, happy and much loved!

This is the letter to the persecuted church in Smyrna. Smyrna was an educational center of science and medicine in Asia Minor. Just like university cities in the US that tend to be liberal and anti-Christian, Smyrna had a strong disdain for the church.
